Saltanat Biissova, life coach

Saltanat Biissova

British Columbia · online

Saltanat Biissova is a certified trauma-informed coach who works with people who are used to being strong, responsible, and capable — but underneath it all feel exhausted, stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what they actually want anymore.

She supports clients through burnout, overthinking, self-doubt, immigration and identity changes, career transitions, and those moments when life looks “fine” from the outside but no longer feels right on the inside.

With 200+ hours of individual coaching experience, a Canadian counselling education, and a background in architecture and project leadership, Saltanat combines emotional depth with practical, goal-focused support. She understands that starting over — especially after immigration or a major life change — can mean rebuilding not only your career, but also your confidence, identity, and sense of direction.

Her work is for people who are tired of simply pushing through and want to understand themselves better, make clearer decisions, and create a life that feels more like their own.
